1st Step Mobility is an established retailer, supplying Mobility Scooters, wheelchairs and a massive range of home and healthcare products throughout Essex, London and the South East of England. Formed in 2007, 1st Step Mobility offers a comprehensive range of products available to the community, residential care and nursing homes.

We are a leading supplier of Stairlifts and are authorised dealers for Acorn Stairlifts, Stannah Stairlifts and Brooks Stairlifts and offer a free survey and fast installations. We are also leading supplier for the Motability scheme in Essex, Kent and London.

    2 weeks ago I had 2 new batteries and a service done on my scooter. I cannot tell you how pleased I was with it. Its like riding a new scooter. The young man who did the work was brilliant (Kevin) I think. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and did a great job. I will now arrange to come back to you for a service every year. Thank you so much
