To report a mistake

Send the page address and tell us what is wrong. If we got a fact wrong, we fix the page and add a note saying what changed. See our editorial policy.

About a review

Use the “Report” link under the review, or email us with the company name and the reviewer’s name as shown. A company cannot pay to have a review removed, and we do not take a review down because the company disagrees with it. How we check and moderate reviews is set out in our review policy.

If you have a problem with a company you bought from, we cannot resolve it for you, but our guide to complaining about a mobility company sets out your rights and who to escalate to.

Companies

Listing is free. To add a company, use add a listing. To update or claim an existing listing, see for businesses.

Journalists and researchers

Our own datasets are free to reuse under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence. Please credit Review Mobility and link to the page the figure came from. Email us if you need the underlying data or the method.

What we cannot help with

We do not sell, install or repair equipment, and we cannot give medical advice. For help with equipment for a health condition, ask your GP or your local council for a needs assessment.
