John Preston Healthcare are a leading supplier of Homecare, Medical & Mobility Equipment throughout the UK & Ireland. We are key suppliers of Hospital Equipment and Medical Supplies to the NHS & HSE including Examination Gowns & Theatre Wear, PPE, Enteral Syringes and much more. We are also key suppliers of Pharmaceuticals and First Aid supplies to schools and colleges in Ireland and Scotland.

We supply industry leading homecare, mobility and medical produts to Healthcare Professionals, Care Homes, Local Authorities as well as private retail customers at our showrooms in Northern Ireland & Scotland or through our online store. We are winners of the Donald Blatchford Retailer of the Year Award and are ISO 9001 Certified. We are an active member of the British Healthcare Trades Association and commited to their code of practice.

A sixth-generation family business since 1846, we are proud of our heritage. In 2011 we acquired Fast Aid Medical & Mobility. Fast Aid have been trading in Scotland for over 40 years and have a showroom in Loanhead, Edinburgh.

We are experts in ensuring you or your client get exactly the equipment you need and we provide assessments and demonstrations by prior request on selected equipment. We have a vast range of products including Homecare and Healthcare Solutions, Medical Supplies, Mobility Scooters, Wheelchairs, Riser Recliners / Specialist Seating, Paediatric Mobility Aids & more.

For prescriptive, made to measure products we will arrange for one of our qualified assessors to meet with you at one of our assessment centres to ensure your needs are correctly assessed and appropriate products are prescribed. We also welcome accompanied visits from Occupational Therapist and other professionals.     This is a great company, easy too deal with !
    My son had a home demonstration on the Trekinetic powerchair and we were able to try this out in our local park near Edinburgh.
    The sales rep that visited us was very good and knowledgeable making the experience enjoyable!

    I recently bought a battery charger for a D09 folding electric wheelchair, I am pleased with their service they, the delivery of item was swift, and the staff was friendly and helpful. And would highly recommend this company in the future.
