Motability seriously needs to dump these morons and get a better insurance company. I hit my car in May and got turned over to fix auto for repairs. They might as well have used clowns to find a body shop.
RSA takes nearly an hour just to answer the bloody phone. I got passed from one place to another. Fix auto never answers the phone or rings back. Took three months to get my WAV booked in. I was pretty much house bound for 6 weeks and now my WAV has come back my passenger doors arenโt working and wonโt close properly. You are absolute joke!
