What Makes Review Mobility Different
Open to Everyone
Anyone in the UK can leave a review on Review Mobility. Whether you've used a stairlift, rented a mobility scooter, or bought a new wheelchair, your opinion matters. Reviews stay live as long as the account is active.
Focused on Real Customers
We highlight reviews based on genuine use. Many come through verified purchase links, so you know they’re from people who actually tried the product or service.
Fighting Fake Reviews
We combine human moderation with automated checks to spot fake or misleading reviews. If something looks suspicious, we take action.
Always Up to Date
We regularly show the latest reviews, not just the best ones. This means you see recent, relevant opinions that reflect real experiences, good or bad.
Encouraging Useful Feedback
We guide people to write clear, helpful, and honest reviews. That way, others can make informed decisions, not just rely on a star rating.
Verifying Reviewers
We check that reviewers are real people whenever we can. This extra step helps protect the integrity of what you read.
No Biased Ratings
We don’t allow businesses to offer rewards for positive reviews or filter out negative ones. That kind of bias breaks trust, and it’s against our rules.

I came across Stairlift Guru while trying to help my mum figure out what kind of stairlift she needed after a knee op. We’d never looked into them before and had no idea what the difference was between the types or what to watch out for when buying one. The site was actually really helpful, it’s written in a way that’s easy to understand and doesn’t try to overcomplicate anything.
The comparison pages were probably the most useful part for us. They let you see what different brands offer without needing to visit five separate websites. Stuff like prices, features, and weight limits are all laid out clearly. I also appreciated that it didn’t feel like they were trying to push you into buying something straight away, it’s more like they just want to explain your options first.
It’s clearly made for people in the UK too, which was useful. A lot of other sites I found were US-based and didn’t apply to us. The design could do with a bit of a refresh, to be honest, but that’s a minor thing. It worked well and loaded quickly, which is all I really cared about.
Overall, it made the whole process less stressful and helped us know what to look for before getting quotes. Definitely worth a look if you’re in the same boat.

Stairlift Guru made it easy to compare different stairlifts without getting buried in technical jargon. It gave me a good idea of what to look for and what the costs might be. Got a couple of quotes quickly too. Would’ve liked a bit more detail on second-hand models, but overall very helpful.

I found StairliftGuru.co.uk when I was completely overwhelmed trying to help my dad choose a stairlift. There are so many different types and brands out there, and I wasn’t sure what features mattered or how much we should expect to pay.
Stairlift Guru did a great job breaking everything down. The comparison pages are clear, and I liked that they explained the difference between straight and curved stairlifts without trying to push a specific brand. The tone is neutral and feels trustworthy, more like advice from a friend who’s done the research than a company trying to sell you something.
We ended up using their quote service to get some prices locally, and it actually saved us a bit because one of the companies gave us a discount for quoting Stairlift Guru. I also appreciated the maintenance tips, it’s stuff you don’t think about until the stairlift is already in.
Definitely recommend giving them a look if you’re just starting out.
