    Install was fine but do not believe the sales pitch !!! when you want it removed “we will come along and take it out and give you a small amount as a buy back” NOT A CHANCE !! If I want it out we will remove it free of charge when we are in the area, but if you want it out earlier then you will be charged …oh and by the way we will not give you any cash back as we have too much stock !!!
    I have been in sales all my life and you will find untruths when selling come back to bite you .

    Just had the first annual review for my stairlift..Paul did a thorough job ,providing another year’s peace of mind.
    He was very prompt, efficient, friendly and most helpful. I hope we see him back next year.!!
