Customers can see and try out an adjustable bed, a range of mobility scooters from portables (pack into the car) to 8mph road legal mobility scooters together with rise and recline chairs and loads of small daily living mobility aids.

As we are located on the ground floor we have an ideal area for test-drives. If it is a large purchase our customers like to come in and have a look, then maybe go for a coffee before popping back to sort out the details..

And if we don’t have the product you want in store we can order almost any product for delivery in just 24 – 48 hours with a choice of direct delivery to your home or to collect from the shop. We offer FREE delivery on large items direct to your home throughout Cornwall and South Devon including Penzance, St Ives, Falmouth, St Austell, Truro, Launceston, Newton Abbott and Exeter.

    Brilliant. A thief had damaged my scooter. They fixed it very quickly at a great price.
    Very friendly and knowledgeable.

    I have visited the mobility shop in Plymouth town centre enlisted their repair services for my mobility scooter on several occasions , the staff are really helpful knowledgeable about their range of services , on numerous occasions they have excelled, whilst my mobility scooter over a period of six months has been problematical due to age .
    On many occasions the staff have gone above and beyond the level of customer service they went the extra mile for me as I have mobility issues I can’t do without my mobility scooter .
    I really appreciate their old fashion face to face customer service ,polite, respectful,
    Courteous, professional, diligent , efficient, cost effective .
    The entire shop staff as well as the pooch have always given me a personal service cheerful ,warm, friendly.
    There all decent hardworking genuine people that I can trust .
    They all care passionately, professionally delivering a valuable
    Service to the disabled community in Plymouth surrounding area .
    The staffs customer service is priceless in this day age !!!!!!!!!!!
    I commend them all for excelling in their profession
    This is my personal genuine dealings with the shop and staff
