    Excellent service from London Mobility.

I bought a rollator from them last year. I had been to a different Mobility Aids shop and tried out a few rollators so had a good idea of what I was looking for. I was not impressed with the service there and looked elsewhere.
I then found London Mobility which was local to me. They were so helpful and advised of the lightest model on the market which met my needs. They were waiting for a delivery and would let me know when they were back in stock. This was arranged by phone. They then offered to deliver the item to me and if it was not suitable I could send it back.
I bought the item but sadly on an air trip this year the rollator was badly damaged and sheared off the 2 rods at the back where the bag hangs from and damaged the seating area and it cannot be repaired.
I rang this morning and I have replaced it with the same model which is on its way to me now. They will also take the damaged one away for me. The new one is very reasonably priced.
I usually speak to Jenny who is a star!
