Your review matters more than you might think. Most mobility equipment is bought once, in a hurry, by someone who has never bought it before. The thing the next buyer cannot find anywhere else is what you know now: what the final bill was against the quote, how long the wait really was, and what the firm was like when something needed putting right.

How it works
A human reads every review before it goes live, usually within 2 working days, and we email you a link when it is published. We are switching on two review labels now. Once they are live, confirming your email address marks your review Confirmed, and showing us an order number or a photo of your paperwork (cover your name and address first) marks it Verified customer, which counts for more. Reviews published before then carry no label. Verification is free, always, and it is the only way to get either label: companies cannot buy them.
What we never do
No paid reviews, no reviews from companies about themselves, no quiet removals because a firm complained. Full details in our review policy.
