Andy and the team at Woodcock mobility in Bridlington are exceptional. We cant fault them at all. My mum hired a scooter everytime we went to Bridlington. The team dropped the scooter off and collected every time. We subsequently decided to buy a scooter and Andy took his time to explore options for my mum. We have had issues with me not charging the battery fully and Andy went out of his way to help – including charging it overnight for me – just superb. I would highly recommend them. No question – they guys know their stuff and are partners in your mobility journey. Ruth

Due to an administration error on our side, we were unable to provide the seven scooters that you required on that particular day. We rang you back as soon as we realised that there was a problem which I believe was the following day and explained the situation to you.
We were able to offer 3 scooters on the day in question but you wanted 7.
We are only human and errors do occur for which we are sorry.
