I have just completed the purchase of a power chair, from Shire Mobility.
The Q300 M Mini power chair is excellent just what I needed.
Mr. Brett Goddard handled the purchase from start to finish. Brett’s knowledge, advice and service was absolutely wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. He never once. tried to push me into a sale Brett just wanted to make sure everything was perfect.

After receiving terrible service from a Worcestershire based competitor, we contacted Shire Mobility. Their Technician, Brett contacted us immediately and subsequently visited our father to undertake an assessment for an assist Wheelchair. What a fabulous service, Brett was extremely knowledgeable in every aspect required, guided us through all the Pro’s and Con’s ensuring that the wheelchair our father required, fitted his specific needs correctly and took time making adjustments to the various components so the chair fitted perfectly. Brett was extremely courteous, caring and empathetic towards our father, the other residents and care home staff at all times. Shire mobility’s service and delivery was excellent, Brett explained everything that we needed to know, making this transition for my father as easy and straightforward as it could be. We can’t recommend Shire Mobility, highly enough. Thank you Brett👍
