Total Mobility Care is a family-run mobility equipment retailer on Liverpool Road in Stoke-on-Trent. Established in 2005, it trades from a showroom with one of the larger workshops in the area, and sells, services and repairs a broad range of mobility equipment, with a focus on practical advice and aftercare rather than online-only sales.
The showroom stocks new and second-hand mobility scooters, from compact travel models to larger road-legal Class 3 machines, along with manual and powered wheelchairs, rise-and-recline chairs, stairlifts and car hoists. Brands include Pride, Kymco, TGA, Invacare, Karma, Roma Medical and Days, and Cosi Chair recliners. Used scooters are fully serviced and supplied with a three-month warranty, while new machines carry the manufacturer’s guarantee.
Servicing and repairs are a core strength, handled in the company’s own workshop, and an out-of-hours service can be arranged on request. For customers who cannot get to the shop, free home visits are available within around 25 miles, so equipment can be tried and demonstrated at home before buying.

Please do not trust this company they are very poor they really don’t care about the people only getting your money they’ve let me down on coming out twice to do repairs with pathetic excuses and they’re supposed to come out in the morning and then tell you late afternoon they can’t turn up for stupid reasons but they I truly believe they lied about I cannot trust this company anymore so my advice to people is do not buy from this company go straight to the manufacturers where you will be treated better and I’m better customer service and they will come out to repair your scooter when they say they do not like this company
