The badge shows your current rating and review count on Review Mobility, on your own website, linking back to your profile. It is rolling out now: claim your listing and we will email you the embed code as soon as your listing qualifies.
You can show the badge when all four are true
- You have claimed your listing.
- You have at least 3 reviews verified as coming from real customers.
- You have responded to every review older than 14 days.
- Companies House shows your company as active.
You keep the badge by keeping those four true. If one lapses (for example a new review sits unanswered for a month), the badge turns into a plain link to your reviews until you are back. Nothing on your site breaks.
The badge is free. It cannot be bought, and it cannot be kept by a company that stops qualifying, whoever they are. That is exactly what makes it worth showing.
We remove the badge immediately if
A company posts or commissions fake reviews; offers customers anything in exchange for a review without disclosing it (which is also against the law under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024); uses a response to pressure or identify a reviewer; or is dissolved at Companies House.
