Our focus is to help you buy the right product first time, to ensure it is right for you now and in the years to come. We do this by offering an assessment service, which simply put, is a small number of relevant questions that will help guide you in deciding what product to choose. Buying the wrong product may cost you in terms of money and health.
We have invested in a 4000sqft Assessment Centre so that our staff can be trained on the products they advise on plus have the added benefit of being able to try out the products. SelfSure offers its staff an in-house education program where they can progress through the company by acquiring and implementing additional expertise in their chosen field.
You will be assigned a Personal Advisor who will look after you every step of the way. We look to build long term relationships with our Customers and your Personal Advisor will stay with you as long as you are a Customer of SelfSure. This way we get to know you well and can serve your interests in the best possible way.

I was recommended Selfsure by a friend whose parents had a wet room done by them. I’m really glad I went with them. The work is great and the guys who fitted it were brilliant – friendly, tidy, and knew what they were doing. Can’t really fault anything. Money well spent, and best of all my mum can have a shower again.

Avoid this company at all costs. The workmanship is of very inferior quality. What was actually done was not what the salesman stated. When it was complete it was not properly sealed, with water coming through the ceiling. I complained and after more than a month, they sent what they said was an experienced installer out to sort it under their warranty. He said that the installation had not been sealed properly. He then ran a bead of sealer round all the parts I said were leaking. However in the following 6 months part of the fixing of the shower rail constantly came down from the ceiling. I reported this but it has not been fixed, even though the said they would. Next only 12 days outside the warrenty water again come through the ceiling. I reported this but was told as it was nearly 2 weeks out of warranty They would not fix it.

I am absolutely delighted with my new bathroom. I have purchased a bed from Selfsure a few years ago but had no idea they did bathrooms until I saw it in the local ad magazine. I called them up and they arranged a survey quickly with a lovely young man who helped me design just what I needed and printed the designs. I showed them to my family and decided to go ahead. A month later and the plumbers came to start they job. They were also very friendly and even put up a picture for me that I have been wanting for months! The bathroom took just under a week and I couldn’t be more pleased. I was worried it would look a little bit like a hospital but it is modern, bright and clean. Like something out of a magazine! I could not recommend them enough. Thank you again
