Caudwell Children is a registered UK charity dedicated to supporting disabled and neurodivergent children and their families. Founded in 2000 and headquartered at the Caudwell International Children’s Centre on Keele Science and Innovation Park in Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire, the charity provides a wide range of services including the provision of specialist mobility and sensory equipment.The charity’s mobility equipment programme provides wheelchairs and other specialist mobility aids to children who need them, helping young people gain freedom and independence. Caudwell Children has provided over 110 wheelchairs to date as part of this service. Their broader support programme also includes autism assessments, occupational therapy, family support services, a kids’ activities club and the Shaping Futures programme for neurodivergent young people.Caudwell Children delivered over 21,500 instances of support in 2025, with total service costs of £7.5 million funded through charitable donations and fundraising. The charity holds a 97% positive feedback rating and operates support hubs in multiple locations.
