My son and daughter-in-law recently purchased a stairlift for me. We went into the Newport showroom on a Monday morning and dealt with Rob and Tom who explained the options available and came out to measure up. They were so efficient and friendly and answered all our questions. The stairlift was fitted the next Tuesday (after Bank Holiday) so would have been exactly a week to install. I would highly recommend the company to anyone and to the difference it has made to my life. Someone from the showroom rang the next day to make sure everything was ok and I know they are always available to answer questions.
