Direct Stairlifts Unclaimed profile

Direct Stairlifts is an independent, family-run stairlift company based at Jubilee Business Park in Derby. Established in 2007, it supplies, installs, services and repairs stairlifts across Derby, Derbyshire and the wider Midlands, with a focus on clear pricing and a no-pressure approach.

The company fits both straight and curved stairlifts. Straight lifts suit most standard staircases, while curved stairlifts use a bespoke track manufactured to fit the exact turns, corners and landings of a staircase, including spiral stairs. As well as buying outright, customers can rent a stairlift with no minimum contract, which spreads the cost and suits shorter-term or temporary needs.

Every enquiry begins with a free, no-obligation home survey, where a trained surveyor measures the staircase and provides a clear, fixed written quote. Aftercare includes servicing, battery changes, repairs and emergency call-outs, and the stairlifts installed include diagnostics that often allow faults to be assessed before a visit. The company also works alongside NHS hospital-discharge teams and charities such as the Motor Neurone Disease Association and Macmillan.

Direct Stairlifts is a Derbyshire County Council Trusted Trader. For households in Derby and the surrounding area who want a local, independent installer offering new and curved stairlifts, rental and proper aftercare with transparent quotes, the company provides a full service from survey to maintenance.
