Originally formed in 2004 as Breckland Mobility in Thetford, Norfolk, Paul, the managing Director at the time felt that too many Older and Disabled individuals were getting ripped off by unscrupulous traders, including his mother. At the time he was already supplying healthcare products and equipment to many Nursing homes so decided to start trading mobility products to the public. A strong customer base soon built up who would regularly come to the store for quality products and expert advice.
Eventually, in 2011, we looked to expand into the online sector. Trading online as Forest Mobility we have had over 100,000 satisfied customers, many of which loyally return for repeat business and reliable advice. We have had tens of thousands of positive feedback ratings on Amazon and eBay.
Here at Forest Mobility we understand that one of the frustrations of online shopping is getting all the way to the checkout only to discover you are hit with an expensive delivery charge. To stop this hassle, we’ve made everything on Forest Mobility free UK delivery!
Our comprehensive range includes daily living aids, walking aids, incontinence care, tyres, inner tubes and other parts and accessories for wheelchairs and scooters, rollators and other walking aids all to help try and improve the independence and quality of life of our customers.
Forest Mobility is a trading name rather than a registered company. Its own terms give company number 06090327, which is Breckland Healthcare & Mobility Limited, incorporated on 8 February 2007 and still active, registered at the same Telford Way address in Thetford. The business started as Breckland Mobility in 2004 and has traded online as Forest Mobility since 2011. Worth knowing: it is not connected to New Forest Mobility Services in Hampshire, which is a separate company with a similar name.
Checked on 17 August 2026. There is no Trustpilot profile, and the Yell listing carries no customer reviews. The company points to feedback on its Amazon and eBay shops instead, which is where most of its selling happens, though those ratings sit on the marketplace rather than anywhere you can check independently.
So there is almost no public review record for a business trading for twenty years. That is a gap rather than a black mark, and it is the sort of thing first-hand accounts fix quickly.

Reviews on this page come from Review Mobility readers, not from the company. Testimonials on a supplier website are chosen by the supplier. Yours will not be.
The most useful reviews say which branch or engineer you dealt with, what you bought, how long delivery actually took, and what happened when something needed putting right.
