Sunshine Scooters Unclaimed profile

Sunshine Scooters is an Essex-based mobility specialist that describes itself as the pre-owned mobility experts. Established in 2019, the company sells new and reconditioned mobility scooters and powerchairs and has built one of the larger ranges of pre-owned machines in the area. It operates a showroom serving the Rayleigh and Rochford part of Essex, with a second showroom in Boston, Lincolnshire.

The range covers travel and boot scooters, mid-size pavement models and larger road-legal scooters, along with electric wheelchairs and powerchairs. Stock includes well-known brands such as Pride, TGA, Kymco, Invacare, Sunrise Medical and Motion Healthcare. As well as sales, Sunshine Scooters offers scooter hire, finance options and a buyback service for customers selling an existing machine.

Servicing and repairs are a core part of the business. The team services all makes and models from around £59, with a yearly service recommended, and carries out repairs on scooters, powerchairs, electric wheelchairs, riser-recliner chairs and lithium batteries. Work can be done at the workshop or in the customer’s home, and a collection and return service is available for those who cannot travel.

Mobility products come with a 12-month warranty, and free nationwide delivery means customers outside Essex can still buy with confidence. Because the showroom layout and stock change regularly, it is worth calling ahead on 01702 814005 to confirm availability, opening times and the showroom address before visiting for a viewing or demonstration.
