A walking stick with a seat gives you support as you walk and a place to sit the moment you need a rest. How to choose a seat stick
Tripod or single leg. This is the big one. Three-legged (tripod) seats are steady and you can relax on them. Single-leg flip seats are lighter and cheaper but tippy, so they are only for a brief perch on firm, level ground and never for fully relaxing.
Weight capacity. Check the user weight limit for sitting, which is different from just leaning on a stick. Do not push it.
