Review Policy – About Reviews

You can submit written reviews for mobility services listed on ReviewMobility. If you can’t find the mobility service provider you want to review on our site, please email hello@reviewmobility.co.uk, and we will add it for you. We welcome all your opinions, whether positive or negative.

We are committed to offering a fair platform for reviews in the mobility market. Our goal is to create a system that is open and flexible, yet structured and helpful for anyone seeking insights from other clients about their experience with a mobility service provider.

Over time, we’ve developed both manual and automated systems to remove reviews that violate our guidelines. We recently enhanced our detection of promotional reviews, resulting in the removal of both new and old reviews. While our enforcement has improved, our Review Creation Guidelines remain unchanged. We aim to continuously improve our approach and welcome feedback from customers and reviewers on how to make reviews more valuable to users of the ReviewMobility website.

Our objective is to capture all the energy and enthusiasm (both positive and negative) that clients/customers have about a mobility service provider they have recently used, while avoiding the use of reviews to advertise, promote, or mislead. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any review designed to mislead or manipulate users of the site or to deliberately intimidate a service provider. Employees of a service provider are not allowed to write a review about their own service, even if they are genuine clients. Client reviews help others learn more about the services offered and the specific experiences of past clients, allowing them to decide if a particular service provider is the right fit for them.

We especially value reviews from those who use mobility services regularly, as they can offer a unique perspective. While we encourage reviewers to share their enthusiasm and experience, we do not allow reviews to be used as a form of promotion. If we find evidence that a client was paid for a review, we will remove it. We kindly ask that reviewers only review a particular service provider once, even if they have used them multiple times. Instead, mention that you are a long-standing client to reinforce your review.

Below each review, you’ll find a question asking “Was this review helpful to you?” – if you answer “Yes,” this will assist others in finding reviews that are useful to them. If you believe a review is unhelpful and breaches our guidelines, you can report it by clicking the “report to admin” button below the review. We will examine the review and take necessary action.

Here are a few examples of reviews that we don’t allow:

  • A service provider posts a review of their own service, posing as a client.
  • A customer, unhappy with their service provider, posts multiple negative reviews
  • A customer posts a review in exchange for money
  • A customer posts a review of a mobility aid they recently purchased, in exchange for a free service for their spouse
  • A family member of the service provider posts a five-star review to help boost sales.
  • A customer posts a review of the service provider in exchange for a discount on their fees
  • A service provider posts negative reviews about their competitor
  • A service provider posts a positive review on a peer’s page in exchange for receiving a positive review from them

If you think we incorrectly removed a review, please email hello@reviewmobility.co.uk, and we will re-evaluate it.
