On Trustpilot, Acorn scores 4.8 out of 5 from 11,682 reviews (17 August 2026). Its standard warranty is 12 months, with optional extended cover available beyond that (per Acorn’s own materials, 17 August 2026).

In 2019 the consumer group Which? published an investigation into stairlift selling that reported time-limited discounts being offered in Acorn sales appointments.
