I stumbled across BathroomHelper.co.uk while helping my mum look into walk-in baths and other bathroom safety options. She’s getting less steady on her feet, and we were trying to figure out how to make her bathroom safer without doing a full renovation.

The site had some genuinely useful guides explaining the pros and cons of things like walk-in showers, raised toilet seats, grab rails, and bath lifts. It felt like they actually cared about helping people understand what works best depending on mobility level, which I appreciated.

There’s a nice mix of product comparisons and basic explanations, like how much these things tend to cost and how long installation takes. It’s not overwhelming, which is great when you’re not a plumber or builder and just want clear advice.

The only minor downside is that a few pages felt a bit light, some product guides could do with a few more real examples or photos to help visualise the setup. But overall, it’s a solid site if you’re looking to make a bathroom safer or more accessible for an older relative or someone with mobility issues.
