Following a recent visit to your Wickersley branch I was greeted by two very helpful assistants. I have slight arthritis in my knee and needed a walking stick to use occasionally for extra support. Having no knowledge of walking sticks the assistant altered the stick to the right height and advised which hand I needed to use the stick (which was the opposite to what I thought)!!
