    My father in law purchased a electric chair for £850, 3 days later he was hospitalised and is now end of life. We had the chair for 11 days and rang to ask if they would buy it back since it hasn’t been used and they offered us £200! £650 decrease in value in 11 days.
    My mother in law felt ripped off and was very upset with the service
