My wife & I recently visited your Skegness shop.
We wish to make you aware that from the outset ‘Joe’ was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My wife was patiently helped by her in making her choice of scooter. Although my wife was nervous, being as it was her first time on a scooter and not being a driver, Joe gave her the confidence that she needed. We left the store with our purchase feeling confident and happy that we had visited the right store and thought ourselves fortunate to have met the right sales associate. Good customer service Joe and we wish for your service to be recognised by your employer too.
